Japanese style side dishes
Udon is a type of white, thick wheat flour noodle of Japanese cuisine, with chewy, stringy and yet soft texture. Another type of noodle we serve here is Soba, it is light beige, thin noodles made from buckwheat flour, or a combination of buckwheat and wheat flours. Both of the noodles can be served hot or cold. We serve them hot in our own dashi broth with Wakame on top. As for cold, the noodles are chilled and served with our own soy sauce based dipping sauce, and a side of spring onions & Wasabi, you can add it to your liking.
